DIRECTIONS
Clean Version:
In a mug, mix 40g (4 NH scoops/tbsps) of dry mix, with 50mls of milk of choice (3 NH scoops/tbsps). Microwave for 40-60 secs and set aside to cool for 1 minute before consuming.
Sweeter Version:
In a mug, mix 40g (4 NH scoops/tbsps) of dry mix, with 50mls of milk of choice (3 NH scoops/tbsps). Stir 30mls of rice malt syrup (2 NH scoops/tbsps) of oil of choice. Microwave for 60 secs and set aside to cool for 1 minute before consuming.

Step 3: Returned products are assessed and you will be notified by email if your return has been accepted. If your return does not satisfy the above conditions it will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Please note due to the high demand for our product, we are unable to hold sizes for exchange. If you are worried about missing out on your size, but need the product ASAP we recommend repurchasing the same item, in the correct size. Once we receive the original size back we will refund you for the initial purchase.
