We've partnered with Refundid to offer instant refunds! By using Refundid, you'll get your refund instantly before you've even sent off your order.

We are happy to refund your product if you change your mind on the strict conditions that it is:

  • - Within 30 days of purchase.
  • - The product is unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
  • - Must have all tags still attached.

Please note there is NO returns on sale items for change of mind.

Don't want to use Refundid? Please send us at email at sales@styleactivebychloe.com.au stating your Name, Order Number and whether you would like a credit note or exchange for another item. Refunds are only available via refundid

 

Step 2: Send your item/s back to the address below via a trusted post method as we are unable to take responsibility for lost parcels. Signature on delivery is recommended.

Step 3: Returned products are assessed and you will be notified by email if your return has been accepted. If your return does not satisfy the above conditions it will not be accepted and will be returned to you.


    AFTERPAY AND ZIPPAY

    Refundid works will all payment gateways meaning you can still receive an instant refund with Refundid if you originally purchased your item with a Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) service such as Afterpay, Zip Pay, Humm or Klarna.

    Simply follow the usual Refundid process to receive an instant refund with one of our partner stores. After that, you can then use the money that you receive instantly from Refundid to repay your outstanding balance with your BNPL provider.

    Please note, when using the Refundid platform your payments with your BNPL service will not be automatically cancelled. You will need to repay your BNPL provider with the money that is sent by Refundid.


    CAN YOU HOLD MY SIZE FOR EXCHANGE?
    Please note due to the high demand for our product, we are unable to hold sizes for exchange. If you are worried about missing out on your size, but need the product ASAP we recommend repurchasing the same item, in the correct size. Once we receive the original size back we will refund you for the initial purchase.

    FAULTY ITEMS
    Here at Style Active by Chloe we pride ourselves on our quality. We hand check every item and thoroughly inspecting, all goods before they are sent out to you. We are happy to help you out with a refund if the product you have purchased is:

    • - Significantly different from the description shown
    • - If it is faulty and can't be easily fixed or replaced.

    SECURITY CHECKS
    You may be required to verify your account, if our online support team contacts you. Remember this is for your benefit, to ensure your card is not used without your consent. If we discover anyone trying to use another persons card or details without consent, we will not hesitate to report them to the Australian Federal Police.
