Here at Style Active by Chloe ALL orders are Express posted.

We offer FREE Express Shipping for orders over $150 or a $10 shipping fee under that amount.

We try our very best to get all parcels posted on the same day they are ordered with our aim being a next day delivery. Order before 4pm to recieve your order the very next day.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is posted.

OUT OF STOCK: We will be updating our stock levels on a regular basis but there may be occasions that someone has purchased the same garment that you have ordered at the same time. We also have a shop front that some items will be displayed in. The item that you wanted may have been purchased by a customer in our store before we have had time to update the stock level in the website. If this happens we will notify you within one business day and advise you of the revised delivery time if a re-order is available. If we cannot re-order we will immediately advise you and refund your money.​

We are happy to exchange your product if you change your mind for a credit note, on the strict conditions that it is:

• Within 14 days of purchase.
• The product is unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
• Must still have all tags attached.

Please note there is NO returns on sale items, for change of mind.

Once your return is received at our warehouse, you will be issued with a Credit Note via email, which will allow you to repurchase any item of your choice. Credit notes don’t expire.
